I proceeded to ask the hours of the pool and she told me it was actually closed until after our trip was over. When we arrived 4.5 hours away from home, we were told that we could not have a high floor as requested becuase they do Sunday deep cleaning. I felt that the website was not easy to navigate and it did not clearly state the hours of operation. We reserved a room via the online website.
